Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Makeup Artist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be an expert in makeup application, demonstrate creativity in using products, and possess a strong drive to stay at the forefront of industry trends. This role involves helping customers understand and choose the best products for their needs, demonstrating product application, and achieving sales targets. Compensation will be primarily commission-based, providing a significant incentive for achieving and exceeding key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to customers on makeup products and application techniques.
- Perform makeup demonstrations and applications for customers, showcasing creativity and expertise.
- Meet and exceed key KPIs, focusing on sales targets, customer service scores, and other performance metrics as defined by management.
- Continuously learn about new products, techniques, and trends in the beauty industry.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Participate in inventory management and maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Attend sales events, training sessions, and meetings as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a professional makeup artist.
- Exceptional knowledge of makeup products and application techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to be creative and innovative with makeup application.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to exceed customer expectations.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
