We are in search of a seasoned Beautician to amplify the prowess of our dynamic team. The Beautician will serve as a pivotal touchpoint for our clientele, guiding them through treatments, offering bespoke beauty advice, and ensuring their journey with EL Beauty is nothing short of exceptional. Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Treatments: Administer an array of beauty treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring each session culminates in enhanced beauty and relaxation.
• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their beauty goals, providing expert advice on treatments and product recommendations.
• Trend Adherence: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in the beauty sector, integrating novel approaches into treatments where suitable.
• Sales and Promotion: Recommend and demonstrate the usage of EL Beauty skincare and makeup products to clients, driving sales and fostering brand loyalty.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the treatment area remains pristine, adhering to health and hygiene standards, and manage the timely setup for each appointment.
• Team Collaboration: Work synergistically with the wider EL Beauty team, sharing insights, providing feedback, and partaking in continuous training sessions.
• Customer Feedback: Solicit and act on client feedback, continuously striving to elevate the quality of service and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: A solid foundation with a minimum of 3 years in a dedicated beautician role.
• Technique Mastery: Proficiency in a diverse range of beauty treatments with a focus on skincare routines.
• Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of luxury skincare and makeup products, their applications, and benefits.
• Customer Service Excellence: A demonstrated history of exceeding client expectations, coupled with impeccable interpersonal skills.
• Trend Awareness: A proactive approach to staying updated on global beauty trends and the ability to incorporate them creatively.
• Sales Aptitude: An inherent knack for product recommendation and sales, complemented by persuasive communication.
• Professional Presentation: An understanding of the luxury landscape, reflecting it in personal grooming and presentation.
