SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We offer complimentary island wide delivery on all orders above LKR 12,500.00, anything below will incur a delivery fee of LKR 300.00
  2. Once our system confirms your order, you will receive an email confirming we have got your order and it is being processed.
  3. The product is packed as per your request, you may request for complimentary gift wrapping or a gift box.
  4. Once packed as per your requests, they are forwarded to our nominated courier/delivery partner.
  5. Our complimentary delivery will take place as per your requested delivery date. If not specified under the notes section, it will be delivered within 2 business days to Colombo 1-15 & inner suburbs. Please allow up to 5business days for outstation orders.
  6. If it is a cash on delivery order, you may receive a call from the delivery company. This is to check and ensure you are at the delivery address when delivery takes place and for payment to be collected.
  7. We do not ship internationally. However, our products can be purchased internationally and delivered to your nominated delivery address within Sri Lanka.
  8. Makeup or Skincare orders are packed according to safety regulations to ensure the product reaches you in the same condition it left us in.
