SHIPPING POLICY
- We offer complimentary island wide delivery on all orders above LKR 20,000.00, anything below will incur a delivery fee of LKR 450.00
- Once our system confirms your order, you will receive an email confirming we have got your order and it is being processed.
- The product is packed as per your request, you may request for complimentary gift wrapping or a gift box.
- Once packed as per your requests, they are forwarded to our nominated courier/delivery partner.
- Our delivery will take place within 4 business days to Colombo 1-15 & inner suburbs. Please allow up to 7 business days for outstation orders. We do apologize for the longer delivery times, however the issue in the country means our couriers are facing delays.
- If it is a cash on delivery order, you may receive a call from the delivery company. This is to check and ensure you are at the delivery address when delivery takes place and for payment to be collected.
- We do not ship internationally. However, our products can be purchased internationally and delivered to your nominated delivery address within Sri Lanka.
- Makeup or Skincare orders are packed according to safety regulations to ensure the product reaches you in the same condition it left us in.
- You may track the delivery by calling our customer service hotline on: +94767977714. For outstation orders, you will receive a tracking number that can be put into https://www.aramex.com/ for tracking.
- Our hotline will be operational between the hours of 9:30AM – 7:00PM Daily.
