Job Description:

As the Beauty Brand & Retail Manager, you will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of luxury beauty brands. This role demands innovative thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution to ensure brand excellence across all touchpoints.

Brands Under Management:

• MAC
• BOBBI BROWN
• SMASHBOX
• CLINIQUE
• ESTEE LAUDER
• THE ORDINARY (Launching in 2024)

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Registration: Efficiently manage the registration processes for all brands under management.

• Marketing Oversight: Lead and strategize all marketing activities ensuring optimal brand visibility and engagement.

• Inventory Management: Oversee product forecasting and purchase planning to guarantee consistent stock availability.

• Store Compliance: Conduct regular store visits to ensure displays and presentations align with brand standards.

• Team Development: Be instrumental in the hiring process and facilitate trainings for store makeup artists & beauticians.

• Monthly Reporting: Produce detailed reports reflecting the performance metrics and activities for each brand.

• Coordination: Foster seamless communication and collaboration with in-store makeup artists and beauticians.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field complemented by a record of surpassing KPIs.
• Demonstrable management proficiency with diverse brand portfolios.
• Deep-rooted understanding of makeup and skincare products, techniques, and the beauty industry landscape.
• Capacity to think innovatively coupled with exemplary communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, with a readiness to travel for business when required.
• A fervent interest in the beauty industry and an unwavering zeal to learn and adapt.
