Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be
innovative, adaptable, and possess exceptional management skills. This role involves managing
a portfolio of luxury beauty brands, meeting sales targets, liaising with retail staff, and elevating
the profile of our brands. The Brand Manager will enjoy working with international luxury brands
and have opportunities to travel for conferences and training events. Compensation will include
a substantial commission component, rewarding the successful candidate for meeting and
exceeding key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee a portfolio of luxury beauty brands, developing and implementing strategies
to elevate their profiles and increase sales.
● Collaborate with retail staff to ensure they are effectively promoting and selling the
brands in your portfolio.
● Think creatively and adaptively to develop innovative solutions to challenges and
capitalize on opportunities.
● Meet and exceed key KPIs, including sales targets.
● Attend international conferences and training events, representing Exclusive Lines
professionally and effectively.
● Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting the high standards of
our luxury brand partners.
● Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry.
● Liaise with partners and clients, building and maintaining strong professional
relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
● Proven management skills, with the ability to effectively oversee a diverse portfolio of
brands.
● Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
● Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
● A track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
● Willingness and ability to travel for business.
● Strong professional presentation skills.
● Keen interest in and willingness to learn about the beauty industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the luxury beauty industry.
• Experience in a similar role.
