Job Description:

We are on the hunt for a creative and innovative Creative Designer to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be passionate about design, able to work diligently, and possess exceptional skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing software. This role involves creating engaging designs and visuals for a variety of luxury beauty brands, working alongside our marketing team, and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our brand presence. The Creative Designer will have the privilege of working with international luxury brands and may have opportunities to travel for conferences and training events. Key Responsibilities:

• Craft engaging, creative designs and videos for a diverse portfolio of luxury beauty brands.
• Work with marketing and retail staff to ensure the effective promotion of brands.
• Demonstrate creativity and innovation to solve design challenges and seize opportunities.
• Meet and exceed key KPIs, including design project deadlines.
• Attend international conferences and training events, representing Exclusive Lines professionally.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, reflecting the high standards of our luxury brand partners.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in graphic design and the beauty industry.
• Collaborate with team members, partners, and clients, establishing and nurturing strong professional relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or a relevant field.
• Proven ability in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and video editing tools such as Premire Pro.
• Creative thinker with the ability to design innovative graphics.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
• Willingness and ability to travel for business.
• Strong professional presentation skills.
• Genuine passion for design and a desire to stay updated on industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as Graphic designer in Retail or Beauty industry.
• Experience in a similar role.
