Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Retail to oversee our retail operations across all 23 outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a strategic leader with strong management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate store managers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Provide leadership and direction to store managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance across all outlets, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure consistent and exceptional customer service across all locations.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of retail staff.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
• Implement and manage retail operations policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular visits to outlets to ensure compliance with company standards and address any operational issues.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute promotional activities and initiatives.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the retail landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales analysis, and customer service excellence.
• Willingness to travel regularly to different outlets.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
