Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Systems & Maintenance to lead our IT and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, and security of our IT systems and physical facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for IT systems and maintenance operations.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and software applications.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including internet connectivity, hardware, and peripherals.
• Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures to enhance system efficiency and security.
• Manage the IT support team, providing guidance and resolving complex technical issues.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, hardware procurement, and facility maintenance.
• Monitor and manage security systems, ensuring the protection of company assets.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or IT issues.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies in all IT and maintenance activities.
• Prepare and manage budgets for IT and maintenance departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT management and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in maintenance and facilities management.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and maintenance management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
