Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Luxury Fragrance Retail Assistant to join our
dynamic team. The successful candidate will be passionate about luxury fragrances and will
strive to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. You will have the opportunity to work
with some of the most prestigious fragrance brands and offer products that are exclusive to our
stores.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist customers in their buying journey by understanding their preferences, providing
expert advice, and helping them select the right fragrance.
● Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, brands, and industry trends to
educate and enhance the customer experience.
● Provide exceptional customer service, including handling customer inquiries and
resolving any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Carry out sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
● Participate in inventory management, including restocking and maintaining
presentation of the sales floor.
● Adhere to company policies and standards at all times.
● Support team in maintaining the store’s visual objectives and housekeeping
standards.
● Participate in sales events, training, and meetings as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury retail sales or customer service role.
● Strong understanding and passion for luxury fragrances.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to providing a high level of
customer service.
● The ability to work in a team environment and to adapt to changing priorities.
● Basic computer skills and comfort using a point-of-sale system.
● Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
● Fluency in the English Language
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in the fragrance industry or a similar luxury goods industry is a plus.
Fluency in multiple languages is a bonus.
