Job Description:

We are in search of a Luxury Fragrance Retail Executive who is driven, customer-focused, and
eager to immerse themselves in the world of luxury fragrances. This individual will be a key
player in our retail operations, delivering superior customer service, driving sales, and
contributing to our brand’s prestigious reputation. A significant portion of the compensation will
be commission-based, rewarding the successful candidate for their sales achievements and
ability to meet key KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide an exceptional and tailored customer service experience, going the extra mile
to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Drive sales by understanding customers’ needs and recommending suitable luxury
fragrances, leveraging your comprehensive product knowledge.
● Meet and exceed key KPIs, focusing on sales targets, customer service scores, and
other metrics as defined by management.
● Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining
the high standards of our brand.
● Participate in inventory management, ensuring that the store is well-stocked and well
presented as per brands’ guidelines.
● Attend sales events, trainings, and meetings as required, staying up-to-date with the
latest trends in the luxury fragrance industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

● A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role within the hospitality
industry.
● Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer
expectations.
● Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
● A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
● Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
● Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience or a strong interest in the fragrance or luxury retail industry and the
hospitality industry.
