Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Trainings to lead our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting brand training for retail staff, collaborating with brand managers and principals to obtain training materials, and ensuring our team is knowledgeable and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct brand training sessions for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Collaborate with brand managers and brand principals to acquire and develop training materials.
  • Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the retail team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Mentor and coach retail staff to improve performance and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  • Develop and manage training schedules to ensure regular and consistent training sessions.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of training on employee performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training tools.
  • Ability to travel to various retail outlets as required.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in training and development are an advantage.
