Once our system confirms your order, you will receive an email confirming we have received your order and that it is processing. The product is packed as you requested. You may also ask for complimentary gift wrapping or a gift box. These are given based on availability.
Once packed as requested, the order is forwarded to our nominated courier/delivery partner. Our delivery will occur within four business days to Colombo 1-15 & inner suburbs. Please allow up to 7 business days for outstation orders. We do apologize for the longer delivery times.
The issue in the country means our couriers are facing delays. If your payment method is cash-on-delivery, you may receive a call from the delivery company.
This call is to check and ensure you are at the delivery address when delivery takes place and for payment to be collected.
We do not ship internationally. However, our products can be purchased and delivered to your nominated delivery address within Sri Lanka. Makeup or Skincare orders are packed according to safety regulations to ensure the product reaches you in the same condition it left us in.
