Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and customers, providing outstanding service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. The Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all customers and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Communicate fluently in English, Sinhala, and Tamil to effectively assist customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Translate documents or messages as needed to ensure clear communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and reservations for staff and clients as requested.
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the brand with pride and professionalism.
  • Uphold company values and standards in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the service industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in Sinhala and Tamil, preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with the patience to handle challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tasks.
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
