Job Description:

We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Associate & Consumer Law Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly skilled, detail-oriented, and possess superior time management skills.

This role involves managing the regulatory registration of our products, understanding and applying the laws of regulatory registration, liaising with government offices and officials, and ensuring compliance with consumer law.

Fluency in English & Sinhala is a key requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the regulatory registration of our cosmetic and drug products.
• Understand and apply the laws of regulatory registration to our operations.
  Work with government offices and officials to ensure compliance and facilitate registration processes.
• Audit our operations and products to ensure compliance with consumer law.
• Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and balance multiple tasks.
  Stay informed about changes and developments in relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with our team to resolve any regulatory issues or concerns.
• Prepare reports on our compliance status and any issues that arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of regulatory registration.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Regulatory Affairs, Law, or Pharmacy.
• Superior time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Sinhala.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in working with government offices and officials.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cosmetics and drug registration laws and regulations.
