Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The successful candidate will excel in customer service, demonstrate superior management skills, and have a keen interest in the beauty industry. This role involves managing store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, handling staff, and driving sales. Compensation will include a significant commission component, rewarding the successful candidate for achieving and exceeding sales targets and other key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth operation and exceptional customer service.
● Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors and makeup artists to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Handle any crises that arise in the store, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.
● Train and mentor staff, fostering a high-performing and supportive team environment.
● Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and attractively presented.
● Meet and exceed key KPIs, with a focus on sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and other performance metrics.
● Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the beauty industry.
● Attend and lead sales events, trainings, and meetings as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a customer-focused role within the hospitality industry.
● Exceptional customer service skills, with a track record of exceeding customer expectations.
● Superior management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to handle a team effectively.
● Strong crisis management skills.
● Fluency in English.
● Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
● Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Previous experience or strong interest in the beauty, makeup, or skincare industry.
● A business or retail management degree is a plus.
