Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The
successful candidate will be customer-focused, results-driven, and eager to dive into the world
of luxury fragrances. This role involves achieving key KPIs, managing store operations,
ensuring a high level of customer service, and driving sales. Compensation will be largely
commission-based, rewarding the Store Manager’s ability to meet and exceed sales targets and
other key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functionality and exceptional customer service.
Drive sales by leading and training the team to understand customer needs and effectively
recommend suitable luxury fragrances.
Meet and exceed key KPIs, with a focus on sales targets, customer satisfaction scores, and
other performance metrics.
Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, consistently aiming to
exceed customer expectations.
Ensure proper inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels, and a well-organized
store presentation.
Train, and mentor retail staff, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.

Stay informed about trends and developments in the luxury fragrance industry, sharing
knowledge with the team as necessary.
Attend and lead sales events, trainings, and meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a customer-focused role within the hospitality
industry.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
Demonstrated experience in achieving KPIs and driving sales.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience or strong interest in the fragrance or luxury retail industry.
A business or retail management degree is a plus.
