VACANCY FOR HEAD OF RETAIL
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading
and developing our nationwide store network to exceed sales and
service targets
- Driving
retail excellence through staff training, operational efficiency,
and KPI performance
- Overseeing
visual merchandising, stock management, and in-store experience
standards
- Creating
and executing retail growth strategies, including new store
openings and retail innovations
- Partnering
with marketing, brand, and operations teams to launch brand campaigns and
activations
- Coaching
and empowering store managers and front-line teams to deliver
exceptional service
- Monitoring
and improving P&L performance, sales trends, and customer
satisfaction across locations
What We're Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in retail, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of managing multi-store operations and leading large teams
- Deep understanding of luxury retail dynamics, merchandising, and customer experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and people management skills
- Passion for beauty, fragrance, and premium customer service
