What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide skincare consultations and beauty treatments in line with brand protocols.
- Offer expert advice on skincare routines and product usage.
- Support product demonstrations and sampling events at the retail counters.
- Assist clients in finding products that best suit their skincare needs and lifestyle.
- Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness of tools and workstations.
- Stay updated on new launches, beauty trends, and brand guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
- Completed G.C.E. Ordinary Level or higher, together with professional training in cosmetology or beauty therapy.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a beautician or skincare advisor.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of Sinhala, Tamil or any other language is an advantage.
- Excellent grooming, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, and skilled at handling a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends.
