What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead with Insight: Craft localized brand strategies that drive awareness, desirability, and growth across multiple categories.
  •  Shape Market Direction: Analyze trends, competitors, and performance data to uncover opportunities that move the market.
  • Execute with Excellence: Deliver standout launches, in-store experiences, and retail activations across 20+ locations.
  • Drive Commercial Success: Partner with sales, logistics, and finance to align forecasts, manage budgets, and optimize performance.
  • Ensure Regulatory Readiness: Coordinate with NMRA and logistics teams to ensure every product reaches market on time and in full compliance.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work alongside regional brand principals and marketing teams to bring world-class campaigns to life.
  • Influence & Inspire: Be the key contact for international partners, local retail teams, and VIP clientele.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in brand, marketing, or trade management in luxury, FMCG, or retail.
  • A strategic mind and creative flair, able to blend storytelling with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven success in brand activations, campaign management, and commercial growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with confidence managing diverse teams and timelines.
