What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform personalised makeup consultations and mini makeovers for clients.
- Advise customers on products suitable for their skin tone, facial structure, and preferences.
- Support makeup events, in-store activations, and new product launches.
- Demonstrate application techniques and teach clients how to recreate looks at home.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness of tools and products at all times.
- Keep up with international makeup trends, seasonal looks, and new brand launches.
What We're Looking For:
- Completed G.C.E. Ordinary Level or higher, with a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in makeup application.
- Excellent grooming and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; fluency in Sinhala or Tamil is a plus
- Creative, outgoing, and passionate about the beauty industry.
- Team player who thrives in a customer-facing retail environment.
